Marion Job Summary:

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Millwright to join a growing industrial facility. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical systems to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Align, level, and adjust machinery and equipment Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Millwright or in industrial maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Familiarity with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication is a plus Must be able to lift, stand, and work in an industrial environment

Requirements:

Must pass the Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test with a score of 44 or higher Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime if needed
