Job Overview:

RC Trailers is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Team Member to join our positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cargo trailers, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Maintain RC Trailers customer satisfaction according to company specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of trailer projects. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines when working with hand/power tools. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as cargo assembly. In-depth knowledge of hand tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Comfortable working at heights. Physical stamina and strength to meet the demands of the job. Effective communication skills.
