Job Description
Grand Industrial is seeking an experienced Millwright to support maintenance and repair operations in a steel mill environment. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, dependable transportation, and a "get-it-done" attitude who can work independently and safely in a heavy industrial setting. What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and conveyor systems Read blueprints and technical drawings Perform welding and fabrication work Assist with equipment shutdowns, repairs, and maintenance projects Work safely in active industrial environments What We're Looking For ✔ 2+ years of Millwright experience ✔ Steelmill experience preferred ✔ Welding experience required ✔ Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills ✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ✔ Dependable transportation and reliable attendance ✔ Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Pass pre-employment drug screen Commitment to workplace safety Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA)
