Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for machinery installation, maintenance, and repair Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools Perform routine maintenance, including equipment alignment, calibration, and inspections Assist with machinery setup, breakdowns, and relocations as needed Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects on schedule Work flexible hours, including overtime, some Saturdays, and occasional holidays
Qualifications:
Completion of a recognized Millwright apprenticeship program or equivalent hands-on experience Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Solid mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills Experience using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and performing demanding tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening OSHA 10 certification (required) #ITS13
