The ideal candidate will have a strong background with drilling rig components including diagnostics, repair, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to read and interpret technical manuals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

Must know how to tear down, diagnose, and/or replace gears, bearings, and seals in Draw works, rotary tables, reduction gearboxes, right angle gearboxes, crown sheaves etc.. Must know how to repair clutches, both manual and air. Must have experience with rebuilding mud pumps. Must have their own tools.
