Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery mechanical equipment and facilities, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, air compressors, and production machines and equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance in or within the same industry is beneficial Follows all safety rules, regulations, laws and procedures regarding any and all aspects of the job, including lockout/tagout, confined space, and others Follows all preventative maintenance procedures and schedules. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools. Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements using measuring instruments. Repairs or replaces defective parts, using hand tools and power tools. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices, using hand tools. Starts devices to test their performance. Lubricates and cleans parts. Operates any equipment needed to perform job. Able to troubleshoot maintenance problems using PLC programs, Basic Knowledge of Robotic Operations, Able to read Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematics. Performs related duties as assigned by ManagerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Employees must supply their own hand tools. Knowledge of and experience working with PM software is preferred. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum two to four years related experience and/or training; or experience in a manufacturing environment.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English languageREASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts, is exposed to the risk of electrical shock and is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
