Full-time, permanent positions available on on 3rd shift (12 hour shifts) This company is looking for strong maintenance candidates in an industrial manufacturing facility. If you DO NOT have Industrial Maintenance experience but do have mechanical experience and have an interest in getting your foot in the door, then still apply! They have lower-level roles to get your foot in the door as well. About the Role Are you passionate about keeping machines running smoothly? Do you thrive on solving problems and making things work better? We're looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Automation Technicians, and Tooling Technicians to join a growing team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll be the go-to expert for:

+ Installing and repairing electrical & mechanical systems

+ Troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment

+ Working with pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation systems

+ Upgrading and modifying equipment for peak performance What We're Looking For

+ Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems

+ Familiarity with tools and troubleshooting (bonus if you love working on cars!)

+ PLC and automation knowledge is a big plus

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for fixing things

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
