What You'll Be Doing Operate haul trucks and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently throughout the quarry. Perform utility duties that support daily production, maintenance, and housekeeping activities. Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly. Assist with loading, material movement, and site-wide operational needs. Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies while contributing to a productive team environment. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment and mobile machinery in an industrial setting. Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental stewardship. Ability to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing operational priorities. Effective communication and teamwork skills with a dependable work ethic. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and report equipment concerns. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
