Role Description:
At Scott Manufacturing LLC we pride ourselves on building, maintaining, and restoring the majority of our own equipment. We are actively seeking the right candidate to become a long-term member of our maintenance team.Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the building of new equipment, refurbishment and maintenance of existing equipment/facilities.Role Objectives:
- Build new machinery.
- Refurbish existing machinery.
- Dismantle machinery and remove/replace defective parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Fabricates and welds a wide variety of metal structures.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism in the workplace.
Preferred:
- Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- 2 years' experience with machining and/or welding (Arc, Mig, or Tig) Why choose
