We are currently hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for various Heavy Industrial Worker roles. These positions span multiple departments including mechanical, production, and facilities maintenance. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial Key Responsibilities (Grouped by Position): Assembly Assemble parts or products using hand and power tools Follow blueprints and production guidelines Inspect assembled items for accuracy and quality Quality Inspector Examine products and materials for defects Document and report quality issues Use measuring tools and testing equipment Welder Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding based on specifications Read blueprints and technical drawings Inspect welds for accuracy and durability Machine Operator Set up and operate industrial machines (presses, CNC, etc.) Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment Mechanic Repair and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment Diagnose mechanical issues and implement solutions Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance Building Maintenance / Painter Perform routine facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Paint surfaces, structures, and equipment as needed Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and functional Forklift Operator Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Perform pre-shift equipment checks and maintenance Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations Machinist Operate lathes, mills, and grinders to produce parts Interpret technical drawings and specifications Measure finished parts using calipers and micrometers
Requirements:
Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage High attention to detail and reliability Willingness to work in hot, noisy, or dusty conditions If you meet the qualifications and are ready to start a hands-on, well-paying career in heavy industry, apply today!
