Build a Career That Matters. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Millwright to join our maintenance team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and production equipment. Position Summary The Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience working in a manufacturing environment, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install, assemble, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings Perform equipment inspections and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur Use precision measuring tools and alignment equipment Assist with machinery upgrades, modifications, and new equipment installations Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures and regulations Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Millwright certification or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical repair Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics Experience with welding, fabrication, and rigging is a plus Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment Preferred Skills Industrial manufacturing experience Conveyor system maintenance Preventative maintenance programs Precision alignment and machine installation Forklift, aerial lift, or rigging experience Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement savings plan Ongoing training and career development Stable, long-term employment with opportunities for advancement Schedule Full-Time Day Shift / Night Shift Available Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required Apply Today If you are a skilled Millwright who takes pride in maintaining equipment, solving mechanical problems, and supporting a safe and productive operation, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.
