Required Education:

• High school or Equivalent.

• Two-year technical degree preferred

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in machine, equipment, and tool repair and maintenance
• Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies.
• This could include but is not limited to lockout/tagout, fall protection and any other safety procedures necessary to complete the work assignment safely.

Position Responsibilities:

• Acts as a lead for machine, equipment and tool maintenance and repair; works individually with limited supervision
• Actively seeks opportunities to streamline and improve all production activities across all functional teams in a collaborative manner
• Follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections by completing records
• Able to work occasional overtime or support critical issues when needed
• Escalates barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions.
