Job Description

What You'll Do In this role, you'll take ownership of keeping our equipment, machinery, and facility in top working condition.
Typical responsibilities include:
Installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and facility structures using specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematics. Troubleshooting quickly and effectively to minimize downtime. Creating, organizing, and executing preventative maintenance schedules. Working with hand tools, power tools, cranes, measuring devices, and diagnostic equipment. Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas. Assisting in the research, development, and testing of new products and components. Collaborating with multiple departments to bring new projects to life. Seeking out and sourcing components to enhance our products and processes. Documenting and sharing information to support continuous improvement. Supporting other tasks as needed—every day brings something new! Equipment you'll work with includes (but is not limited to): Qmax dual pump waterjet cutting center Amada CO₂ laser with shuttling table & rotary index chuck Amada HG series press brake Marvel vertical band saws Plate rolling machines 60" Blanchard grinder Vertical mills Lathes If you enjoy variety, this is the place for you! What You Bring We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and confident with industrial equipment.
Ideal candidates will have:
1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with outside service technicians Metal fabrication, welding, CAD, or engineering skills are huge pluses Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday Frequent lifting at waist height and occasional overhead lifting Regularly lift up to 60 lbs with or without lift assistance Some bending, twisting, grasping, and short‑reach movement Who You'll Work With This position reports directly to the R&D Manager and works closely with production, engineering, and project teams.
