• What You'll Be Doing Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:
• Repairing and maintaining industrial equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Operating manual and CNC machinery
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Fabricating and machining precision parts
• Troubleshooting mechanical equipment
• Inspecting finished work for quality
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically have:
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
• Experience in maintenance, machining, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or mechanical repair is preferred
• Some employers are willing to train motivated candidates with transferable skills
