Job Description

Position Summary Provide exceptional customer service?for all customers and equipment?in need of inspection or repair.?? Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment? Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities? Evaluates and makes recommendations?regarding?repairs? Keep overhead crane systems?operating?by performing inspections, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, responding to repair calls? Documents service and installation actions by completion of forms,?reports?and inspection checklists? Inspect overhead industrial cranes and hoists to ensure safety and compliance with manufacturing OSHA and ANSI standards? Key Metrics /Performance Indicators Complete jobs in the quoted (or reasonable) amount of time Customer satisfaction Job Requirements Maintain low incident MVR and valid driver's license? Must be ok with some?out-of-town?work, up to 5% of the time. Per diem and hotel stay covered?in the event of?overnight?stay.? Must be able to work?in?elevated?work platforms (Scissor lifts, Boom Lifts & Ladders)? Experience working?with voltages up to?24v, 120v, 230v,?480v,?? ?Experience in compliance with lockout/tagout procedures?a plus? Must be able to lift 50?lbs? Must have professional tools (sockets, ratchets, and end wrenches up to 1 ¼)? Work Schedule Expected work schedule Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
