What You'll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including conveyors, packaging systems, and processing machinery Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems Quickly diagnose issues to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently Support line changeovers, calibrations, and equipment adjustments to meet production needs Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals for accurate repairs Assist with installation, upgrades, and startup of new equipment Maintain accurate maintenance records to support performance and compliance Partner with production and sanitation teams to ensure equipment is safe, clean, and fully compliant Follow all GMPs, safety standards, and food-handling regulations Perform hands-on repairs including work with 3-phase motors, wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting Use welding and fabrication skills when needed to repair or modify equipment What You Bring Experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing, food production, or similar environment) Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3-phase electrical systems Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals Experience or exposure to PLC systems and automation troubleshooting A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced production environment Nice to
