Full Job Description Job Summary Join our skilled team as an Equipment Operator/Custom Applicator, where you'll play a vital role to our valued customer/owners. Agronomy Operationsemployees will be responsible for carrying out general operational job duties including but not limited to custom application and delivery of NuWay-K&H Cooperative's products and services in the most efficient and professional manner. You'll combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and safety at every step. This paid position offers opportunities for growth and skill development in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Duties Perform custom application of crop protection and crop nutrient products according to NuWay-K&H Cooperative standards. Delivery of seed, crop protection and crop nutrients. General services and maintenance duties including: assisting in completion of equipment and facilities maintenance programs and policies. Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulation agencies. Comply with NuWay-K&H Cooperative's safety policies. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative's brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management. Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training. Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative. Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned. Skills Minimum two years work experience that is applicable to the duties of the job. Good communication skills.
Ability to obtain:
Class A CDL plus hazmat and tanker endorsements, Custom Applicators License, Basic Principals and Practices and Bobtail Delivery Certification. Obtain all other certifications required by NuWay-K&H Cooperative. Must possess ability to physically perform duties required to accomplish job responsibilities including, but not limited to: lifting up to 75 lbs, work long hours, and possess a good driving record.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
