Job Description

Job Overview Miller Welding, LLC is hiring up to 2 motivated, dependable individuals to join our millwright services and infrastructure projects team. This position supports industrial, agricultural, and structural projects. This is a hands-on role with no experience required — we provide on-the-job training . We're looking for people who are reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn skilled trade work.

IMPORTANT

This position involves working at heights. Applicants must NOT be afraid of heights. Duties Assisting with millwright services and infrastructure projects Installation, maintenance, and repair of structural or mechanical components Using hand and power tools Loading, unloading, and organizing materials Maintaining a clean and safe job site Following safety procedures and supervisor instructions Working outdoors and on active job sites Requirements Valid Driver's License

REQUIRED

Must NOT be afraid of heights Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment
