What you'll actually be doing: Leading and supervising self-performing millwright crews on active jobsites Leading and supervising subcontractor trades on active jobsites Planning daily work activities and coordinating with Superintendents and Project Managers Installing, dismantling, relocating, and aligning industrial equipment and machinery Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Coordinating rigging operations and equipment setting Ensuring quality workmanship while maintaining production schedules Enforcing all safety requirements and leading by example Mentoring apprentices and journeymen while developing crew members Communicating with owners, subcontractors, and project teams to keep work moving efficiently Why people choose
