Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking skilled Welders/Fitters/Millwrights to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 5 years experience minimum in welding and fitting processes, with a strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety measures. This role involves assembling and fabricating metal structures, interpreting blueprints and schematics, and utilizing various hand and power tools to complete projects efficiently. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Assemble metal components using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts. Perform pipe threading and fitting tasks as required for specific projects. Operate cranes safely to lift heavy materials into position during assembly. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion. Experience Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter in a construction or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for precision work. Familiarity with various welding techniques and equipment. Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
