•34 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary Lingo Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift opportunity in High Point. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Repair and replace equipment components as needed. Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Perform equipment inspections and identify potential problems. Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document completed work. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Work closely with production and maintenance teams. Assist with installation and setup of new equipment. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned. Requirements Previous industrial maintenance experience required. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working a 3rd shift schedule. Must be able to pass required background and drug screening. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry equipment parts and tools. Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment. Ability to work around machinery, noise, varying temperatures, and other industrial conditions. #LSNCJOBS
