Millwright Superintendent Wahpeton, ND Full-time Full-time Join Our Team as a Millwright Superintendent in Wahpeton, ND! Are you a skilled Millwright looking to take your career to the next level? Heitkamp Construction Inc is seeking a talented Maintenance Manager to join our team as a Millwright Superintendent in Wahpeton, ND. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment on our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Millwrights in performing installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment The Ability to Manage the crew and the tasks for the day Correspond with the Customer to get the tasks done in a timely manner Coordinate with project managers to schedule maintenance and repairs Train and mentor junior maintenance staff Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
