We're looking to expand our skilled crew with a dedicated Grain Elevator Millwright to join our team.

Job Description:

A Grain Elevator Millwright plays a key role in constructing, maintaining, and repairing grain elevators and related systems. This hands-on position requires mechanical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety in rural work environments. You'll work with a tight-knit team on projects that support America's agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and align grain elevator equipment, including conveyors, bins, and steel structures. Perform maintenance and repairs on grain handling systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner. Work with steel and concrete construction crews to build or upgrade facilities. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a millwright, preferably in grain elevator or agricultural construction. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with grain handling equipment. Ability to weld and fabricate (preferred but not required). Comfortable working at heights and in rural outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow protocols.
