Job Description

Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring a General Facilities and Machine Shop Maintenance Technician! Candidate must possess experience in preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery in a CNC shop, including building maintenance, adjustments involving the use of measuring instruments, schematics, ladder diagrams, and blueprints. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR Here •Not accepting applications from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters.•Troubleshooting CNC equipment and ensuring Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures are completed. Troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance on CNC equipment. Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment consistently in a metal shop. Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals. Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations. Assist in the installation and upgrading of new machinery and equipment. Small project building repairs, lawn care, snow and ice removal, and other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Housekeeping, Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the machine shop to maintain operational effectiveness by sweeping and cleaning shop floors, cleaning equipment, removing trash, and performing other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred Technical skills Interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Administrative and organizational skills Physical ability CNC Maintenance Experience Building maintenance, machine maintenance, and auto repair are a plus.
