Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Well Service Rig Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of well service rig equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on well service rig machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct necessary repairs using various tools. Inspect equipment for wear and tear, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other mechanics and operators to ensure efficient operation of well service rigs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in the oilfield industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
