About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of our production equipment. In this role, you will be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide array of machinery, contributing directly to our production efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment to minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with equipment operators and supervisors to identify and resolve equipment-related issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and modifications. Propose and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, including injection molders, conveyors, and palletizers. Preferred Skills Experience with facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers and air compressors. Familiarity with water filtration equipment, including Reverse Osmosis systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
