Competitive salary Dental insurance Free uniforms Paid time off Vision insurance Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation Great Work Environment Career Advancement Opportunities Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic / Structural Field Technician to service and repair industrial recycling equipment including balers, conveyors, compactors, shredders, and related systems. You will also be responsible for making any modifications to equipment as needed, and may help train new staff on existing equipment to ensure it is properly utilized. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial maintenance, has a great analytical mind, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems Troubleshoot mechanical failures on recycling equipment Perform structural welding and fabrication repairs Replace wear liners, bearings, chains, rollers, hoses, cylinders, and components Perform preventive maintenance inspections Complete field service reports Travel to customer locations as needed Maintain professional customer communication onsite Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures Qualifications Hydraulic troubleshooting experience MIG and/or stick welding experience Mechanical troubleshooting ability Ability to read hydraulic schematics Experience using diagnostic tools Ability to work independently Preferred Experience Recycling equipment Industrial maintenance Heavy equipment repair Millwright work Conveyor systems Fabrication Structural steel repair Strong problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Climbing, kneeling, crawling, and working in industrial environments Ability to travel as required
