Installation Technician Signs / Electrical

What You Will Do Assist with installation and removal of exterior signage and lighting Work on multi-story buildings and exterior structures Perform tasks including concrete work, basic carpentry, and equipment operation Assist with rigging, hoisting, and crane-assisted installations Operate boom trucks, forklifts, and other jobsite equipment (training provided where appropriate) Work at heights ranging from 5'-120'+ Read work orders and follow installation instructions Complete daily job documentation including photos and logs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Requirements Minimum 1-2 years experience in construction, mechanical work, or field-based work Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at height Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Basic experience with hand and power tools Strong work ethic and reliability Valid Driver's License (required) What Matters in This Role Showing up on time, every day Following instructions and safety procedures Being willing to learn multiple aspects of the job Taking pride in doing work correctly

Education and Experience Requirements:

Valid Driver's License High School Diploma required CDL Certification a plus Experience in vinyl graphics installation, sign shop, fab shop and/or construction experience preferred. Preferred 6 months to 1-year experience working in an industry in which working well with hands and attention to detail was required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Comfortable with heights. Expected to work at heights of between 5'-120' or more The primary work environment is outdoors and working conditions include working around buildings, people, vehicles, and mostly on your feet. Physical demands also include lifting 50 to 75 pounds, pushing, reaching, seeing (with a focus on reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting less than 50% of the time, standing, stooping, talking, turning, walking, and climbing. Travel to other regions be required on occasion. Nights spent traveling away from home are less than 10% of the time.
