What You'll Be Doing Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective solutions. Collaborate with plant teams to improve equipment reliability and operational performance. Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and regulatory requirements. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to inspect, maintain, and repair industrial mechanical equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and maintenance manuals. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures. Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer $23
