Relevant experience includes: Industrial air compressor service and repair Commercial or industrial HVAC service Refrigeration equipment service Industrial maintenance involving electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair rotary screw, reciprocating, and other industrial air compressors Perform preventative maintenance on compressors, refrigerated air dryers, and related compressed air equipment Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, contactors, overloads, sensors, and control circuits Diagnose mechanical, temperature, pressure, airflow, and refrigeration-related problems Replace motors, valves, contactors, filters, belts, hoses, sensors, and other equipment components Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals Use multimeters, amp clamps, gauges, and other diagnostic equipment Clearly explain equipment conditions and recommended repairs to customers Complete service reports, timesheets, and parts documentation accurately Maintain an organized and properly stocked service vehicle Participate in an on-call rotation after becoming familiar with our equipment and procedures Travel to customer facilities throughout our service territory Applicants must have professional field service experience in at least one of the following: Air compressor service and repair Commercial or industrial HVAC service Commercial refrigeration service Industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Schedule:
Full-time Monday through Friday; 8-4:30pm Overtime as service demand requires On-call rotation after training
