JOB SUMMARY
Compensation:
$30 - $45 Full Time - Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm The Millwright is responsible for assembling and mounting various machine components. They are expected to follow safety procedures and MSDS guidelines. A suitable candidate will be a hands-on individual who has experience in typical millwright skills such as:
  • Blueprint reading
  • Precise fitting of bearings, gears, motors, couplings
  • Machinery alignment, installation, repair
  • Pumps, valve, seals installation
  • Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic Troubleshooting
  • Material handling
  • Forklift Certification
  • Rigging
  • Machining
  • Welding
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
: Build custom machines from print to final assembly and start-up. Plus other duties as assigned.
  • Test completed equipment and/or sub-assemblies to detect and resolve defects Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.
Ensure standard procedure and quality requirements are achieved. Utilize safe working practices in all job-related functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in machinery or other related fields preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail Familiarity with machine tools, equipment and mechanical principles. Quality conscience and ability to communicate with others A positive attitude with good work history Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely and correctly.
