Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Millwright / Crane Technician to join our construction and crane team. This role is primarily focused on millwright work , with a strong need for welding, maintenance, and mechanical repair skills . The ideal candidate is safety-minded, hardworking, and comfortable working in demanding environments, including elevated heights. This position is a great fit for someone with hands-on industrial, construction, or crane-related experience who can troubleshoot equipment, perform installations and repairs, and support field operations as needed. Key Responsibilities Perform millwright work including installation, maintenance, repair, and alignment of equipment and machinery Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on equipment and jobsite machinery Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Assist with crane-related operations and support field crews Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Work effectively at heights ranging from ground level to 200+ feet Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Communicate clearly with supervisors, operators, and crew members Required Qualifications Experience as a millwright or in a similar mechanical/construction role Welding, maintenance, and strong mechanical skills Ability to work safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment Comfortable working at heights from 0-200+ feet Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Class

A CDL NCCCO

(National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) certification Blueprint reading ability Experience in construction, industrial maintenance, or crane service environments What We're Looking For A team player with a strong commitment to safety Someone who can work independently and solve problems in the field A candidate who is dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities Compensation /
