Job Description

Day in the life Start your morning at 7:00 a.m. in one of our three drive-through service bays at Exact Crane & Equipment. You'll pull a crane into a sheltered, well-equipped space where you can focus on the work—not the weather. Between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (with optional Saturdays), you'll move from preventive services to complex diagnostics: changing oil and filters, greasing critical points, and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and DC electrical systems. When a crane needs deeper attention—boom work, rotation bearings, sensors, swivels, or outriggers—you'll step in confidently, using your hands-on skills along with a company-issued diesel diagnostic laptop. What you'll do Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and DC electrical systems on cranes Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, and proper greasing Execute component work on booms, rotation bearings, sensors, swivels, and outriggers Apply basic welding and fabrication skills when needed Use company-supplied tools and diagnostic technology to complete work safely and efficiently What you bring Reliable, detail-focused approach and pride in quality workmanship Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow with modern equipment Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and DC electrical troubleshooting Basic welding and fabrication experience Equipment repair: 2 years (Preferred) Schedule & overtime

Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Saturdays:
