  • Performing daily rounds and documenting equipment status
  • Tackling mechanical delays and executing repairs across the mill
  • Driving down maintenance costs through smart, proactive work
  • Scanning and tracking all parts used from inventory during your shift
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives (CIT, MADE, RCA, CAPEX)
  • Advancing through our Skill-Based Pay Curriculum to grow your career
  • Maximizing wrench time and work effectiveness with strong competencies What You Bring We're looking for candidates who are sharp, safety-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
Preferred:
Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or Journeyman Millwright/Machine Repairman card
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills: Power Transmission, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
  • Positive attitude toward teamwork, safety, and quality
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
