Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Millwright with strong electrical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical systems, with a strong commitment to safety and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications. Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, using appropriate tools and techniques. Dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts. Perform welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and arc welding to repair or fabricate machine parts and structures. Ensure all welding work meets quality and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications to complete assigned tasks. Operate various machine tools to fabricate or repair parts, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders. Adjust and calibrate machinery and equipment to meet operational specifications.-
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct safety inspections and ensure all equipment is operating safely and effectively. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or apprenticeship in millwrighting, electrical and welding. Proven experience as a millwright and welder, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of safety practices and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
