• Must-Have RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of industrial machine maintenance experienceStrong electrical and wiring experience (required)Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipmentAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsMinimum 1 year forklift experienceAbility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as neededPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsIndustrial Machine Maintenance Technician•Position SummaryPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinerySupport production by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment efficiencyWork with a variety of equipment including conveyors, presses, mills, and lathesMaintain accurate maintenance records and logsEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with standardsIndustrial Machine Maintenance Technician•Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventative maintenance based on equipment schedulesDiagnose equipment issues through observation, testing, and inspectionRepair, replace, and align machine components as neededDisassemble and reassemble machinery for repairs and maintenanceInspect parts for wear, damage, or defectsClean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and componentsUse tools such as meters, hoists, and hand tools for repairsRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manualsOrder or source replacement parts as neededMaintain detailed repair and maintenance logsIndustrial Machine Maintenance Technician•Additional QualificationsTechnical school or vocational training preferredCNC maintenance experience is a plusExperience working on cranes, saws, presses, conveyors, mills, or lathesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety #
