Millwright Apex Industrial Contractors Eugene, OR Job Details Full-time $30 - $40 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Millwright Schematics Manufacturing facility experience Problem-solving Facilities equipment maintenance Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Millwright to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery. We specialize in industrial dust collection and environmental air systems, but also do maintenance and repair as well as structural work. We are a new small business but growing more every month. We have some out of town work here and there, and we will pay $180 a day per diem for out of town. Must be an Oregon resident. Responsibilities Install, align, and assemble machinery using precision measuring instruments and schematics to ensure accurate setup and operation. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic, systems to minimize downtime. Conduct welding (including welding) as needed for equipment repair or modification projects. Operate industrial machinery such as scissor lifts and boom lifts safely for maintenance tasks at various heights. Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, repair techniques, welding (including welding), and precision measurement instruments. Excellent customer service skills when working with internal teams or external vendors to resolve technical issues promptly.
