Superior Tape & Label is a family business where anyone has the opportunity to challenge themselves to learn something completely new. Yes, we are a printing company but we also extrude adhesives, as well as develop and build machines for the fruit and produce industry. Superior Tape and Label is currently seeking individuals to train for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of our equipment. Our business thrives because of our ability to utilize specialty equipment with customized features, and think outside the box to manufacture a wide range of adhesive tapes and labels for niche customers. We can offer you a position where you can either use your experience or be trained to weld, 3D print, troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and more. In addition to applying your own creativity to build custom solutions to help our manufacturing team be more successful. Maintenance Technician Full-Time Positions Available, 5PM - 3:30 AM Mon - Thurs Mechanical aptitude is necessary. STL is searching for individuals who are technically inclined, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by advancement opportunities within the company.

Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment Electrical wiring diagnostic experience small motor/engine rebuilding experience Intermediate computer skills Strong communication skills Ability to prioritize and change tasks quickly without losing direction Self-sufficient learning capabilities Organization and cleanliness Dependability and reliability Basic math skills, basic reading comprehension Ability to read, understand and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures Must be available to work 10 hour shifts, M-Thurs (4PM - 2:30 AM) Education High school diploma /equivalent and sufficient knowledge or experience to perform general math and measuring and to read and understand work orders and instruction. What you will do Perform periodic maintenance on machines and equipment on premises Repair tooling and equipment Be able to do basic troubleshooting on electrical/ mechanical/ Pneumatic systems Work with manufactures in the aid of machinery Work with supervisors and manufactures for inquiry/quotes for replacement parts Inputting data and logging work orders/ scheduling/ protocol for closing work orders Physical requirements necessary to perform this job: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 4PM - 2:30 AM Monday - Thursday No weekends.
