We focus exclusively on premium architectural-grade products that enhance both the beauty and structural integrity of residential and commercial projects. About the Role We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright to support mill operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient plant performance. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on sawmill and production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems Conduct equipment installations and modifications as needed Perform welding and fabrication repairs Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working in manufacturing or lumber mill environments preferred Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems Welding and fabrication experience a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong safety mindset What's in It for You Opportunity to convert to permanent after 90 days Cross-training opportunities across departments Clear path for upward growth Steady 8-hour shifts for strong work-life balance Paid vacation & sick pay Medical and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Next Steps Please respond with an updated resume.
