Job Description
Comfort Flow Heating is looking for an entry-level HVAC Install Technician to join our commercial installation team. Our fast-growing company offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits!
Typical Work Hours:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday (occasional evenings, weekends, and staggered shifts when needed)Position Summary:
Assist with the installation of refrigerant piping and low-voltage wiring installation to prepare equipment for start-up. Assist with the installation of low-voltage control devices. Work with the project supervisor to ensure work is complete and systems are operating properly.Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and detail-oriented
- Previous welding, brazing, or soldering experience
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, insurable by company insurance Keep the job site and company vehicle clean and organized Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times Ability to work well independently or as a team Follow instructions from the supervisor and journeyman, and carry them out in a timely manner- Must be able to work occasional evenings, weekends, and staggered shifts when needed Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, consistent with trade practice Ability to work out of town when necessary Ability to work outside in a wide range of temperatures Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Must be able to work off ladders & lifts Come to work ready to work with proper tools and attire Desire to advance in career through apprenticeship program and on-the-job training
