About the Opportunity Join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing operation supporting a GMP-regulated production environment. This position is responsible for keeping critical manufacturing, process, utility, and facility equipment operating safely and reliably.
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs process equipment, utilities, and facility systems in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform mechanical and basic electrical repairs on motors, pumps, agitators, valves, and packaging equipment Troubleshoot rotating equipment and instrumentation Maintain utilities including boilers, chillers, and air compressors Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using a CMMS Fabricate, install, and repair piping and mechanical components Support equipment changeovers and calibration activities FollowGMP, OSHA
, and safety procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of maintenance technician experience in an industrial environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with process or packaging equipment Ability to operate forklifts, man lifts, and maintenance tools Basic computer skills (CMMS/work orders) Work Environment GMP manufacturing setting Lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
