Industrial Millwright -Equipment Installation & Rigging (Leesport, PA)

POSITION OVERVIEW

TradeWorX is seeking skilled Millwrights for an industrial installation project in Leesport, PA beginning in January . This is a full-time opportunity offering steady work, overtime potential, and advancement for mechanically driven tradespeople. Millwrights in this role will support installation, maintenance, and movement of industrial machinery inside facility environments.

Work includes:

Industrial equipment line installation Machinery teardown, installation & commissioning Rigging & heavy rigging for equipment moves Leveling and aligning baseplates & soleplates Installing conveyors, pumps, fans, blowers, bearings & drives Troubleshooting mechanical issues Shutdown/fast-paced industrial work with overtime available This role requires craftsmanship, teamwork, and a strong focus on safety.

REQUIRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

Must Have OSHA-10 Rigging & signaling experience Forklift and/or aerial lift certification Ability to read mechanical blueprints or drawings Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work at heights Reliable transportation & valid driver's license Preferred MSHA-46 certification NCCER Rigging or equivalent rigging credential Precision alignment using dial indicators, laser, or optical systems Experience in shutdown or industrial installation environments Structural or mechanical welding background All candidates are evaluated using the TradeWorX Millwright Skill Code Rating (1-5 scale).

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY EXPECTATIONS

Ideal candidates will have experience with: Dial indicators, micrometers & precision levels Chain falls, come-alongs, and overhead cranes Torch cutting, fabrication & welding (bonus) Installing couplings, bearings, seals, conveyors, pumps & drives Laser and/or optical alignment Hydraulic & pneumatic troubleshooting

PAY & STRUCTURE

$35/hr based on experience Overtime opportunities Travel assignments may include lodging, wage premium & travel/food allowance
