Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Millwright/Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation, safety, and efficiency within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, electrical diagnostics skills, and hands-on experience with industrial maintenance practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Machining experience is preferred, but not required. Some travel required. Duties Install, align, and assemble machinery using precision measuring instruments and schematics to ensure proper operation. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot equipment issues using electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Conduct electrical diagnostics utilizing tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters to identify faults in electrical systems. Operate A Forklift Perform welding ( welding standards), hydraulic repairs, and pneumatic system troubleshooting as needed. Read electrical blueprints and schematics for complex system repairs or installations. Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on equipment specifications and maintenance requirements when necessary. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to HVAC/R systems, electrical systems, and machinery operation. Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical repairs. Demonstrated ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and engineering diagrams accurately. Strong analysis skills combined with customer service orientation for effective communication across teams.
