Job Description

Ready to Build a Solid Foundation for Your Career? H&S Industrial, a leader in custom metal fabrication and mechanical contracting, is seeking a skilled Millwright Mechanic to join our team. If you're passionate about precision, problem-solving, and hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Equipment Installation & Maintenance:
Install, assemble, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems with precision.
Troubleshooting Master:
Diagnose mechanical issues, perform adjustments, and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Alignment Expert:
Perform alignment of machinery components using specialized tools and techniques to maintain efficiency.
Blueprint Interpreter:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installations and repairs.
Hands-On Work:
Operate a variety of tools, including hoists, welders, and precision measuring instruments, to complete tasks effectively.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other professionals and travel as needed to complete projects at job sites.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as a Millwright, Mechanic, or in a related field.
Skills:
Expertise in interpreting blueprints and schematic; Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment.
Problem Solving:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Safety Minded:
Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
