Job Description

H&S Industrial is looking for Welders to join our dynamic team of professionals. We're a trusted leader in custom metal fabrication and commercial and industrial contracting. Now, we're growing, and we want YOU on board. What You'll Be Doing As a Welder with H&S Industrial, you'll bring blueprints to life, on the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Weld using MIG, production/repetitive experience. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy. Ensure high-quality results while following safety protocols and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers, crew members, and supervisors to meet goals. Operate a variety of tools and equipment with precision and care. What You Bring to the
Table Welding Experience:
Strong background in MIG welding.
Blueprint Mastery:
Comfortable reading complex plans and translating them into clean, accurate welds.
Tool Know-How:
Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade.
Team Player:
