Electro-Mechanical Technician

Electrical, mechanical and plumbing experience required.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency Evaluate and estimate the extent of necessary repairs and the time needed to complete them Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant Maintain materials and supplies inventories Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Follow safety protocols ​

Qualifications:

High competence working with tools and equipment Experience reading blueprints and schematics Experience repairing industrial equipment, including pumps, gear boxes and extruders Experience working with electrical equipment preferred (480V, 3 phase systems) Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to handle physical workload Experience working in a fast-paced environment Deadline and detail oriented Positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team Willingness to work off hours as needed to make repairs to keep the plant operating Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 401k plan with 4% company match Paid vacation Life Insurance 25K coverage - paid by employer
