Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Septic Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing septic systems that ensure efficient waste management for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, pipe installation, and construction techniques will be vital in delivering high-quality results safely and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and construction site experience to make a tangible impact in the community. Duties Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, and skid steers to excavate trenches and prepare sites for septic system installation Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install pipelines and septic components Install pipes using laser alignment tools to ensure precise placement and proper flow Locate underground utilities and pipelines to prevent damage during excavation activities Conduct utility locating and pipeline installation with attention to safety protocols and industry standards Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work site Requirements Proven understanding in all type of septic system installations, repairs and operations Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, pump trucks, and dump trucks Experience in driving and backing in a rig loaded with equipment Strong understanding of construction safety practices and site management
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
