Job Description
We are searching for skilled Multicraft Millwrights to join our team! This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work across multiple trades. While the primary focus will be on installing, dismantling, moving, and aligning machinery and heavy equipment, candidates must also be willing to contribute in areas such as pipefitting, welding, sheet metal, rigging, and other mechanical tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Install, dismantle, move, and align machinery and heavy equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, schematics, and rigging plans. Examine systems and equipment to determine required installations, services, or repairs. Assemble, install, and secure equipment such as conveyors, shafting, and tram rails. Construct machine foundations; set clearances and align components using precision measuring tools. Safely operate hoists, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, hand tools, power tools, torches, and welders. Perform rigging duties to safely move heavy equipment. Support additional trade work (welding, pipefitting, sheet metal, etc.) as needed to meet customer requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of relevant millwright or industrial maintenance experience preferred (or equivalent combination of training and experience). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear for extended periods. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed. Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work Environment Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. Occasional exposure to high places, fumes, airborne particles, extreme heat, electrical hazards, and vibration. Moderate noise levels in most environments. Pay:
$26.00 - $34.00 per hour
