Job Description
Description Charter Construction is a full-package concrete contractor that operates primarily in Middle Tennessee, working on a large variety of concrete-framed commercial structures. Charter is currently seeking to hire a Layout Technician to assist the field teams. Responsibilities
- Conduct field layouts and surveying activities
- Establish exterior-interior grade and working lines for contractors or crafts
- Assist in the evaluation of potential dimensions and other field problems
- May supervise a Rodman and/or crew
- May oversee some subcontractor work activities, as assigned
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor Requirements
- 2-5 years of total station robotics experience
- Typical concrete construction experience, commercial or residential Benefits
