30-Hour Construction Blueprint reading Sheet metal Full Job Description Foreman / PEMB Erector / Millwright Type Crew Members Needed - Abilene, TX Lead Staffing is hiring experienced Foreman-level team members for a commercial PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) project in the Abilene, Texas area. We are looking for hands-on leaders and skilled crew members with experience erecting metal buildings, detailing, installing sheet metal/IMP panels, and wall systems. This is a great opportunity for candidates with millwright, steel erection, Butler building, or PEMB construction experience. Pay & Schedule Pay up to $33/hour depending on experience 58 hours per week

Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 45-minute lunch

Saturdays:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional Sundays (4-hour shifts if needed) Off the last day of each month Per Diem $115/day per diem Paid with 6 days worked Benefits Medical Dental Vision PTO Responsibilities Erect PEMB/pre-engineered metal buildings Install IMP panels, sheet metal, and wall systems Read and work from prints/layouts Lead crews and maintain jobsite productivity Operate around heavy equipment and aerial equipment safely Work in fast-paced commercial construction environments Requirements OSHA 30 Certification

REQUIRED

Experience with PEMB or Butler Buildings preferred Millwright or steel erection background is a plus Familiarity with SkyTrak equipment preferred Must have tools, PPE, and reliable transportation Must be dependable and safety-focused If you have experience putting together prefab metal buildings "like a giant LEGO set" and can lead from the front, we want to hear from you.
